Services provided included pre-construction and bidding support for constructability reviews, estimates and construction schedules. During the construction phase, services provided were staffing for the position of Assistant Project Manager, General Superintendent, Superintendent, Mechanical Inspector, Electrical Inspector and Elevator Inspector. The project Phase 1 includes the replacement of 61 low-rise elevators. The project will add a new stop on 6th floor, which means extending the service to the top floor. The project also includes the demolition and building new machine rooms as well as replacing cabs, stops and all associated materials. Phase 2 will be the reconditioning and upgrades of the 1,977 low-rise apartments. The project includes upgrade kitchens and bathrooms, new floors in common areas and the replacement of all stairs. Phase 3 will be the replacement of the 32 high-rise elevators. Phase 4 will be the reconditioning and upgrades of the 1,582 high-rise apartments.
